In order to process your return, Online Return & Refund is needed to complete. Please return your items within 7 days after delivered. Beyond that, we have to cancel returns request.
Step 1 -
Go to Admin Panel [here] > Click on the Exchange, Return & Refund Section > Click on your selected available Return & Refund Orders as below:
Step 2 -
Fill up your return shipping details such as Courier Service Company & Tracking No.
For member who did cash payment at 7/11 & Petronas, you are enquiries to fill up the Bank Account Info in order to let us bank in the refund amount to you.
Step 3 -
Choose the selection of Exchange Products and details. Double check you Order No. if you couldn't find the particular exchange items.
Step 4 -
Ensure all the return & refund details are correct and proceed by clicking "Confirm" Button. No changes are allowed once confirm.
Refund process usually will take 7 days after we received your return items. To check the return status, you can always go to your Admin Panel [here] > Return & Refund status :
